"Gave this Sport Clips a shot a few times. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear anyone here can cut hair. I even went in for a neck trim one time and they managed to screw that up. I will take a guess and say the stylists here don't get any training or they train each other. Regardless, its not working. Try a different Sport Clips."

"I have to disagree with the previous poster. I have been going to this location (albeit on and off) since they opened. I agree that there have been stylists that haven't been great, but their time there is usually very limited. I have my hair cut by 3 of the stylists (tip: ask for them when you get there) and they always do a great job. Honestly, for $16 and a steady stream of ESPN while your sitting in the chair, it's a pretty good deal."

"Well, well, well how times change. Used to regularly get my hair cut here, when I lived in the area. Was down that way, was getting a little shaggy, so I stopped in. Not a lot of customers at the time. Yet I waited ... Then I waited ... And I waited ... Still waited some more. If it had been Saturday, I would have understood. It was freaking Wednesday afternoon. There were 4 gals working. The 2 with customers were taking forever. The other 2 disappeared into the back to do who knows what. Never saw them again until time to pay. Finally .... 1 gal got free. Then she disappeared. The one who was the manager, I think, came back out and asked "Are you waiting for anyone in particular?" I said "Nope." Disappeared again for about 5 minutes. Came back and said "So and So will be ready for you in 10 minutes." I said "You're kidding, right? There's 4 of you working. 1 with a customer. I've been here 35 minutes, and you want me to wait another 10. Are you serious?" Mgr: "Sir, we are very busy, and you'll just have to wait or you can come back another time." Me: "You're not busy. I'm not waiting. I won't be back.""

"I've been here once as it's close to my office, and the hair cut was fine. Got in reasonably quickly, and was treated fine. However, I like to get my hair washed after a hair cut so I don't walk around itchy all day. While they apparently offer this service, it looks like it's sink in the back and well.. it becomes a hassle to me to deal with that. If I need a haircut and I'm real short on time I'll stop by here, but otherwise I'll likely go to the Flyod's by my house instead."

"Hello, I live in Littleton, Colorado and my husband frequently gets his hair cut at the location off of Remington St. in Littleton, CO. My husband also happens to be a US Army veteran. Our local news station, Fox 31 and our local Radio station, Ks107.5 advertised a list of free services offered to veterans on Veterans Day. My husband and I saw that Sports Clips offered free haircuts to veterans on this day. My husband is not the type to take advantage of these kinds of discounts as he does not feel like he needs glorified or any special treatment or recognition for his services to his country as he sees it as an act to protect his family. I encouraged him to take advantage of the free haircut as he was planning on getting one the following day anyways. I suggested he call prior to going in, to confirm that this location honored the discount and to make sure he did not need a an appointment. He explained to the woman on the phone that he had seen this deal and wanted to verify that they honored it and if he needed to make an appointment. I was sitting right next to him on the couch and was able to hear the woman on the other side of the line. She acted very irritated, her tone completely changed and she huffed and puffed and asked him, "and where did you see this?" He told her he saw it advertised on the local news and radio station. She again huffed and puffed and told him "well, I havent heard of any discount but I GUESS we can do it", as she huffs and puffs again. My husband said "nevermind" and ended the call. This woman's tone of voice said EVERYTHING, she was annoyed and acted as if would be a huge inconvenience. NEVER have I been so appauled. She made my husband feel very degrated and embarrassed. I encouraged him to call, and this is how someone who served our country for 8 years was treated! I comletely understand if maybe this specific location was not participating in the "deal", that is the reason we called first HOWEVER this woman should not treat ANY customer that way especially one who was polite and was just simply enquiring some information... someone who risked his own life to protect her and her family. I am just at a loss for words. Unfortunately he did not get her name but she had a more "mature" phone voice and he called on 11/11 at exactly 12:47 pm MST. Thankfully Great Clips was offering the same deal so we went there. The women there were so nice and friendly and acted honored to be participating in the event and treated my husband with so much respect. Maybe your stylist should take a customer service lesson from them."
